Jillian Louallen

Jill LouAllen is a mission-driven entrepreneur, disability rights advocate, and systems builder with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and inclusive community-building.

As a family advocate, social innovator, and interdisciplinary scholar dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), LouAllen developed an award-winning tech-enabled platform—Oddy—built by and for families navigating intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Inspired by her family’s lived experiences securing autism services and her professional background in public policy, LouAllen designed Oddy to close the longstanding equity gap in employment and care navigation for people with I/DDs. Under her leadership, Oddy has created dignified, adaptive roles for people across the developmental disability spectrum, pairing high-quality digital infrastructure with community-based engagement.

A Columbia University alumna, LouAllen returned to her alma mater as an A’Lelia Bundles Scholar, securing partnerships and scaling Oddy nationwide. She leads Oddy’s operations across the Columbia School of Social Work, Columbia Engineering, and Columbia Business School—mobilizing multidisciplinary teams to develop meaningful work roles for individuals with developmental disabilities.

LouAllen has been recognized by the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) for her leadership in inclusive design and workforce innovation. Her work reflects a commitment to dignity, agency, and real economic opportunity for neurodivergent communities globally.

A proud Bronxite, she spends her free time hiking, jogging in Central Park and joking with her little humans.
